Erika is the supportive backbone of our daily home life, working closely with Khadija to make sure every day runs smoothly and happily. She is always on hand to guide our wonderful support workers, ensuring our young people get the very best care and encouragement around the clock.

Tracey is the creative spark of our homes, bringing everyone together for everything from relaxed baking evenings to thrilling weekend trips to Thorpe Park. We use these shared, joyful experiences to help our young adults build confidence, form meaningful friendships, and gently explore their emotions in a safe and happy environment.
