Khadija brings years of dedicated experience in the health and social care sector to the Serenefy management team. Specialising in behavioural support, life-skills development, and mental health advocacy, she plays a vital role. Khadija is responsible in ensuring our homes are safe, empowering, and transparent. Her empathetic and proactive approach makes her an invaluable asset to the team.

Deputy Manager
Erika is the supportive backbone of our daily home life, working closely with Khadija to make sure every day runs smoothly and happily. She is always on hand to guide our wonderful support workers, ensuring our young people get the very best care and encouragement around the clock.

Tracey is the creative spark of our homes, bringing everyone together for everything from relaxed baking evenings to thrilling weekend trips to Thorpe Park. We use these shared, joyful experiences to help our young adults build confidence, form meaningful friendships, and gently explore their emotions in a safe and happy environment.
