Excellence in Supported Living
Serenefy Ltd provides dedicated supported accommodation for adults aged 18+ who require a safe, structured environment to navigate the challenges of independent living. We specialise in supporting individuals who may be transitioning from care, facing mental health challenges, autism, or those with mild learning disabilities, who desire a life of autonomy with the safety net of 24/7 professional oversight.
How we provide support
Safety is our priority. Our homes are staffed round-the-clock, ensuring that support and crisis intervention are always available.
Every young person is paired with a dedicated Key Worker for weekly 1-to-1 sessions. We focus on person centred support plans that address education, employment, budgeting, independent living skills, health, and emotional well-being.
We assist with the practicalities of adult life, from managing a tenancy and grocery shopping to accessing local education and employment opportunities of your choice.
4 Stages of the journey
Stage 1: Stability & Transition
During transitioning, our focus is on creating a secure baseline. We support young people with comprehensive idependent living skills assessments and 24/7 oversight. By assisting with essential admin, such as GP, Dentist and Optician registrations and Universal Credit, we build a foundation of safety, ensuring individuals feel secure before progressing.
Stage 2: Foundational Skill-Building
As our young people settle in, the focus shifts from direct care to collaborative skill-building. Through 1-to-1 sessions on financial literacy, debt management, and budgeting, they master the practicalities of adult life. We provide hands-on culinary training and teach the 'hidden' responsibilities of a tenancy, such as maintenance and hygiene, empowering them to take true ownership of their environment and develop long-term autonomy.
Stage 3: Community & Social Inclusion
As our young people build confidence, we focus on breaking isolation by fostering meaningful community inclusion. We partner closely with Local services and vocational providers to reconnect individuals with education or employment. Through hands-on CV building, we provide the practical tools for professional success while actively encouraging participation in local social groups, ensuring every young person feels fully integrated and supported.
Stage 4: Strategic Move-On & Autonomy
Our final phase is a strategic 'step-down' designed for a successful, exciting transition into an independent tenancy. Young people are encouraged to manage their finances, independent living skills and personal space with minimal intervention to truly simulate real-world living. Behind the scenes, we coordinate closely with housing teams to identify permanent accommodation and create bespoke crisis plans, ensuring a confident and fully supported move into adulthood.
