Serenefy Ltd provides dedicated supported accommodation for adults aged 18+ who require a safe, structured environment to navigate the challenges of independent living. We specialise in supporting individuals who may be transitioning from care, recovering from mental health challenges, or those with mild learning disabilities who desire a life of autonomy with the safety net of 24/7 professional oversight.

How we provide support

Safety is our priority. Our Uxbridge-based homes are staffed round-the-clock, ensuring that support and crisis intervention are always available.

Every resident is paired with a dedicated Support Worker for weekly 1-to-1 sessions. We focus on bespoke support plans that address budgeting, health, and emotional well-being.

We assist with the practicalities of adult life, from managing a tenancy and grocery shopping to accessing local education and employment opportunities in Hillingdon.

4 Stages of the journey

Stage 1: Stability & Transition

Stage 1 creates a secure baseline during the initial twelve-week placement. We shift residents from crisis to calm through comprehensive Independent Living Skills assessments and 24/7 oversight. By assisting with essential admin, such as GP registrations and Universal Credit, we build a foundation of safety, ensuring individuals feel secure before progressing.

Stage 2: Foundational Skill-Building

Stage 2 moves from direct care to collaborative skill-building. Residents master adult life through 1-to-1 sessions on financial literacy, debt management, and budgeting. We provide culinary training and teach "hidden" tenancy responsibilities, such as maintenance and hygiene. These core competencies empower residents to take ownership of their environment and develop long-term autonomy.

Stage 3: Community & Social Inclusion

Stage 3 breaks isolation by fostering meaningful community inclusion. We partner with Hillingdon and vocational providers to reconnect residents with education or employment. Through CV building and mock interviews, we provide the tools for professional success while encouraging participation in local social groups, ensuring residents are fully integrated and supported.

Stage 4: Strategic Move-On & Autonomy

The final stage is a strategic "step-down" phase designed for a successful transition into un-supported tenancy. Residents manage their finances and space with minimal intervention to simulate real-world living. We coordinate with housing teams to identify permanent accommodation and create bespoke crisis plans, ensuring a confident, autonomous move into adulthood.
